September 14 - September 15
This two-day training provides a deeper understanding of physical and emotional safety and how it applies to breathwork. This is the third of 10 levels designed to prepare and qualify attendees to lead breathwork sessions in mental health, addiction, trauma, and eating disorder treatment settings.
• Exploring physiological safety as the foundation of healing.
• Learning techniques to help clients get connected and feel safer in their bodies.
• Understanding how to establish clinical environments that promote growth and change.
• Reviewing common physiological markers for safety and threat and how to help clients use breathwork to regulate their nervous systems.
• Learning how to support and lead clients through emotional and physical discomfort.
• Building confidence and proficiency in facilitating breathwork on a 1×1 level (hands-on guidance will be provided).
Upon completion of Breathwork Clinician Training Module 2, attendees will have a stronger understanding of helping create better “safe space” and how to help clients access a sense of safety on a physiological level.
Time commitment: 15 hours 9am-4:30pm (completed over the course of one weekend)
Each Module includes a one hour lunch and a 15 minute morning break each day.

This somatic practice can help your clients overcome nervous system dysregulation and experience a sense of “instant gratification” relief, often after just one session.
This course is designed for mental health professionals, clinicians and students interested in deepening their practice by learning about the benefits of breathwork in working with trauma clients.
Course meets the qualifications for 12.5 continuing education credits for LMFTs, LCSWs, LPCCs, and/or LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
